What does demi Spec do?
demi Spec takes the PDF package a customer sends with a project enquiry and turns it into two deliverables: a position list with one row per requested item and all of its technical parameters, and a requirement list in which every obligation from the specifications is extracted and categorised. Units are normalised, the raw string is kept, and a missing value stays empty - nothing is invented. Uncertain extractions get a confidence score and a review flag, so the effort goes where it belongs.
