Industrial AI built by people who grew up in the Mittelstand.

Founded in 2025. Supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) and the European Space Agency (ESA).

We grew up in the Mittelstand - family-run factories, shop floors, and the IT teams of machine builders and component suppliers. We've seen the gap between AI shipping out of San Francisco and the reality of a 200-person manufacturer in the Black Forest. demi exists to close it.

demi today is the AI Commercial Operating System - outreach, account intelligence, qualification, and the daily commercial work small teams can't keep up with on their own.

That's the entry point, not the destination. Every Mittelstand company sits on irreplaceable knowledge: about its products, processes, suppliers, customers, and the machines on its shop floor. Most of it is locked in PDFs, ERP records, mailboxes, and the heads of senior staff who'll retire in the next decade. demi's trajectory is to become the AI-native knowledge layer that holds all of it - a knowledge brain any role in the company can query, operate, and act on.
