Excerpt from a real, delivered report. Lead company names redacted for confidentiality; numbers, roles and signals unchanged.
Every row names a dated buying signal, current as of the report date, March 2026: a new plant with delivery in 2026, an investment phase running right now, a fresh takeover. Signals like these are not in any purchased address list.
demi found 72 candidates across Europe, examined 38 in depth and qualified 12, with scores from 69 to 88 out of 100. Filtering out is part of the delivery.
The leads come prioritized: 4 for right now, 6 for the next 4 to 8 weeks, 2 for the quarter. Each lead has a primary contact plus alternatives; email addresses carry a verification status with a score, company data, where available, a record from the commercial register (Handelsregister).
How a report like the one above is made
The digital twin is built through an automated pipeline, not a consulting project. demi works with material you already have.
STEP 1
Set up the twin
demi builds a structured knowledge model of your products, applications, references and competitors from existing material: your Digital Knowledge Twin. From it, demi derives which companies genuinely fit your product.
STEP 2
Order a report
You order directly in the app: product, target market, question. A short brief is enough; before the run starts, demi condenses it through web research into a validated target customer profile.
STEP 3
Research, verification, delivery
Multilingual search, in-depth checks, contact verification, automated quality checks. You receive two PDFs: the report and the appendix with the clickable source register per lead.

What customers say about it
Both quotes are taken verbatim.
„I am truly impressed by the lead list for the flat glass and solar target group, and what results have already been achieved based on the relatively unspecific information provided so far.“
David Hannappel
Sales, Flat Glass & Solar Industry, EnviroFalk
„I find the product-related tasks and the results for our valves particularly helpful. In short: this is highly usable.“
Joachim Staudinger
Member of the Executive Board / Innovation Manager, Magnet-Schultz

What this saves in everyday work
Three sample calculations with open assumptions. Plug in your own numbers.
The bottom line
≈ 90 hours
saved research and writing time per report cycle, based on the assumptions below
Sample calculation: 38 companies × 2 h in-depth checks + 42 outreach letters × 25 min. The avoided waiting times on technical inquiries come on top.
Target customer research
By hand
Examining 38 companies in depth, as in the report above: at 2 hours per company, that is a good week and a half of a sales engineer's working time.
With demi
Overnight, unattended. In the morning, the verified report with contacts and sources is in the inbox.
Individual outreach letters
By hand
A technical outreach letter that addresses industry and role: realistically 20 to 30 minutes. With 42 contacts, that is over two working days just for the writing.
With demi
demiContent drafts the outreach letters from the twin, personalized to industry, role and product. You review and send.
Technical inquiries
By hand
The answer sits in data sheets and in the heads of experienced colleagues: a customer inquiry often waits one to two days.
With demi
demiAsk answers in seconds from your own product knowledge, with a source to verify.
Behind it: five modules on the same Digital Knowledge Twin
The questions that will come up in the meeting
Every answer stands on its own, even in the middle of a chat thread.
Where does our data run, and who can access it?
The production databases run in data centers in the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, including at OVHcloud; AI inference with Claude runs primarily through Amazon Bedrock in EU regions. The data processing agreement automatically becomes part of the contract with the order form. Clearly stipulated: no training on identifiable customer data without your explicit opt-in, no identifying disclosure to third parties or competitors.
How do we know the AI isn't making this up?
Don't take it on faith, check it: every statement in the report carries its source. Email addresses a verification status with a score, company data, where available, the commercial register record, market signals a press reference. The research above is based on 256 numbered source URLs; the clickable source register ships with the report as its own PDF. Nobody can seriously guarantee freedom from errors, but every row can be verified in seconds.
How much effort does the rollout take for our team?
Not an IT project: the twin is built in about a day from material you already have. No rebuilding of existing systems, no mandatory integrations. We walk through the first report together. On request, we set up your demi environment before signing; from first use, the terms of the order form apply.
What does it cost, and why are there no numbers here?
The amounts are in the order form from the call. The structure: a fixed monthly fee plus a one-time onboarding fee, the first six months as a significantly reduced pilot phase. Deliberately not free: co-development means both sides invest. Adjustments to the monthly fee at the earliest from the first renewal, every change with a special termination right. The counter-calculation: what does one day of manual target customer research cost at your company?
How long are we committed, and how do we get out?
In the standard order form: a 12-month term, the first six as the pilot phase with a one-time exit option (30 days' notice). After that, renewal for 12 months at a time, three months' notice period, text form is enough. After the contract ends, at least 30 calendar days of data export as CSV, JSON or via API.
Does demi replace our CRM? And who is supposed to work with it?
No. A CRM stores what you have done; demi delivers what comes next: target companies, contacts, reasoning, sources. Your data remains exportable, and demi can connect to your existing systems through integrations. The co-development package covers up to 25 users from sales, marketing and product management.
What the start looks like
Not a quarter-long project. The timings are reference values from real starts, not guaranteed deadlines: the pilot is built so you decide early, based on your own results.
Week 1
Twin is up
Set up from your existing documents, in about a day. On request, even before signing; by using it, you accept the order form.
Week 2
First report on your own product
You order the first lead report for your own product and target market and check it against your market knowledge: do you know the companies, do the triggers and sources hold up? That is what you measure us by.
Month 6
Decision with exit option
At the end of the pilot phase you have the one-time contractual exit option, 30 days' notice, an email is enough. By then, delivered reports and real usage across your team are on the table. Whoever stays after that stays because of the reports.
Put it to the test on your own product
If someone forwarded you this page, there was a reason. The fastest way to your own verdict is a meeting with your product on the table: we walk through a real report and answer the questions directly on the system. Bring exactly the colleagues who ask the critical questions. And if demi is not for you after that: a clear no is completely fine.
